We produce welded assemblies at a unit weight of 500 kg to currently 80 to. They can gladly be offered as installed components ready for installation, including chipping, painting and mounting of electrical hydraulic attachments. We are able to make use of more than 60 manual welding workplaces equipped to the state of the art, as well as currently 15 robot systems (some with large portals) for welding and cutting.

Robot and positioning technology
The requirement of developing high-performance machinery for our own production has led to the development of the area of production and sale of hand-controlled welding turntables, and later robot technology - since the middle of the 1970s. We deliver them around the world. The robot workplaces (we supply everything from a single source) include not only positioning of movement systems, but also welding and flame-cutting equipment and safety technology.

Flame-cutting centre
With this equipment in the flame-cutting centre, we achieve an annual cutting capacity in excess of 30,000 tons. Thanks to the close links to tried and tested partners from the region and renowned international steel producers, we are able to react flexibly to many different requirements.

With experienced and well-trained specialists and different welding procedures, we offer top qualities and diverse performance in high-performance welding. Thin sheets or thick sheets, high-quality steel, high-strength fine-grained structural steel or wear-resistant special steels: we have the right solution for any task.
Robot Welding
These robot welding systems can be programmed with an off-line programming system without standstill times of the system. Complex parts are thus welded reproducibly with a consistently high quality.
Mechanical Processing
Bei vielen Werkstücken ist eine Bearbeitung durch spanende Verfahren wie Bohren, Fräsen oder Drehen erforderlich. Mit moderner CNC-gesteuerter Technik kommen wir diesem Erfordernis nach.
Installation
Even though welding is at the focus for SEVERT: Most of the customer products produced by SEVERT will be sent to the customer fully installed or, on request, can even be delivered right to the end customer's construction site.
