Manual welding

Cutting is followed by assembly of the individual flame-cut parts by welding.

This is our traditional core competence.

Since the 1970s, we have been a renowned welding specialist. Today, we work according to DIN 18800-7 class E or newly according to EN 1090/ 1 a. 2. as well as DIN EN 15085.

"Severt and welding – a strong connection" is a slogan that emphasises our competence in this area.

Professional welding requires a lot of skill and use of the right procedures - weak welds mean a weak construction. Our welders have the know-how for manual welding to ensure standard-compatible execution even in the most demanding tasks.

With experienced and well-trained specialists and different welding procedures, we offer top qualities and diverse performance in high-performance welding. Thin sheets or thick sheets, high-quality steel, high-strength fine-grained structural steel or wear-resistant special steels: we have the right solution for any task.
